THE WORK
The scope of this effort encompasses tasks that provide USCYBERCOM with the sustained ability to fulfill its mission to direct, synchronize, and coordinate cyberspace planning and operations to defend and advance national interests in collaboration with domestic and international partners. These tasks include coordinating, synchronizing, deconflicting, and integrating operational planning efforts for full-spectrum cyberspace operations.  

The anticipated award for this effort is Fall 2026.

 

WHO YOU ARE
As a Knowledge Manager Junior, you will provide Cyberspace Operations Support Services (COSS) aligned with the following core disciplines: Cyberspace Operations, Cyberspace Planning, Cyberspace Training and Exercises, Strategy/Policy/Doctrine Development and Campaign, Assessments, Information Technology (IT)/Communications, Business Area Support and Project Management Engagement Activities. You will provide the customer with the sustained ability to fulfill its mission to direct, synchronize, and coordinate cyberspace planning and operations to defend and advance national interests in collaboration with domestic and international partners. These tasks include coordinating, synchronizing, deconflicting, and integrating operational planning efforts for full-spectrum cyberspace operations. You will meet the evolving cyberspace operations mission in support of the Joint warfighter.

Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Basic Qualifications

•    High School Diploma plus 3-5 years of relevant experience is required OR Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 1-3 year of relevant experience is required OR Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline from an accredited college or university, plus 1 years of relevant experience is required.
•    Creating, implementing, and continuously improving Knowledge Management (KM) strategies, policies, and procedures that enable effective capture, sharing, and reuse of organizational knowledge.
•    Uploading and tagging documents in content management systems 
•    Performing routine metadata audits 
•    Assisting in preparing knowledge sharing resources
•    Must possess a current US Security Clearance TS/SCI w/ poly

Desired Skills

• Proficiency with content management systems (e.g., SharePoint, Confluence, or custom CMS).
• Strong written communication and attention to detail.
• Basic understanding of USCYBERCOM mission areas and cyber terminology is a plus.
• Ability to design logical file structures, shared drives, distribution lists, and security groups.
• Experience posting, editing, and maintaining content on classified and unclassified portals (e.g., SharePoint, DoD‑approved CMS).
• Proven ability to collect, consolidate, and draft formal responses to RFIs (both internal and external).
• Strong facilitation skills for Knowledge‑Management Working Groups and other forums.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
