We have an exciting opportunity to join the Lockheed Martin team in Havant, Hampshire as a Configuration Analyst. This role will predominantly be a remote working position with 75% of the time spent working from home, with one day expected in the office on a weekly basis.

The key activities and responsibilities within the role are:
- Assisting in planning for, documenting and maintaining the programme’s CM requirements and responsibilities.
- Assisting in establishing and maintaining program baseline definitions through approved requirements or specifications, applicable documents, statements of work and technical data packages.
- Reviewing Change Requests and Concessions, and assistance to Technical Review and Configuration Control Boards.
- Undertaking Configuration Audits as required by contract and the applicable policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining the CM status accounting and reporting system that records the technical documentation baseline, authorised changes to the baseline and verification of change incorporation into the documentation and devices.
- Support the Configuration Management Team Lead as required.
- Provide statusing and reports as required.
- Maintain daily contact with other LM departments, as required.
- Work individual/ad hoc CM tasks as directed by the CDM Manager.
Required skills, qualifications and experience
- Understanding of Def-Stan (05-057) and MAA regulations pertinent to Configuration Management.
- Engineeering Degree or a number of years in a similar Engineering position.
- Direct experience of programmes between Industry and MoD.
- Data Administration.
- Configuration Management.
- Good oral and written communication skills.
- Capable of operating to tight schedules in a demanding environment.
