Lockheed Martin Space is seeking a full-time Early Career Systems Integration Engineer. In this role, you will develop, deliver, and operate affordable engineering and sustainment solutions for commercial, military and intelligence users across the globe. These mission critical efforts include development of creative enterprise, cloud and application-based solutions for mission management, command and control, collection orchestration and tasking, processing, data analysis and analytics along with premier operations and sustainment capabilities of space-based programs in support of national security. The successful candidate will have experience and/or knowledge of software development and experience in at least one of these skill or computer language areas: C, C++, C#, Java, XML, Windows, .NET, LINUX/UNIX, system software and scripting development, Java programming, web development, System analysis, System design, Software Design, Software Development and Implementation, Software Test. 

Must be a US Citizen; this position will require a government security clearance.

Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice

Basic Qualifications

Acceptable bachelor's degree program will include only science and technology related programs such as:
• Computer Science
• Systems Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Computer Engineering
• Information Technology
• Cyber Security
• Physics
• Mathematics

Applicants selected must be a US Citizen, will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance required for this role.

Desired Skills

• Experience in at least one of these skill areas: System software & scripting development, software programming, system analysis & design, software design & development, software integration & test
• Knowledge of basic system engineering practices such as coding standards, unit testing, configuration management, database, system administration.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work collaboratively
• Excellent verbal and written communication/presentation skills

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $65500.00 - $121700.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
