We seek a Program Planning professional to be part of our team supporting the Tracking, Transport, and Warning Mission. Based out of Highlands Ranch, CO; Boulder, CO; or Sunnyvale, CA, you will support the execution efforts across multiple sites and programs. For your assigned component, you will interface with Engineering, Business Operations, and Program Management and will brief senior management. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing a compliant Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) which will reflect the accurate and detailed contractual scope and resources to execute the program.

In this role, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Support development and maintenance of the program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) ensuring integration between the IMS and the Integrated Master Plan (IMP)
• Maintain schedule integration between the IMS and the Program Summary Master Schedule and supplemental schedules
• Support the implementation and monitoring of the Earned Value Management System through cost and schedule integration throughout the program lifecycle
• Identify Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actions
• Provide planning support to Production Operations and Program Integrator as part of monthly management rhythms.
• Ensure schedule accuracy
• Perform schedule integrity checks
• Generate and deliver IMS reports and metrics
• Present schedule-related information to internal and external customers
• Ensure compliance with LM Corporate Program Performance Management and Program Planning policies and practices

Basic Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of program management principles, practices, and tools
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance; cannot be a dual citizen. 

Desired Skills

• Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
• Active Top Secret security clearance
• Exposure to Network scheduling tool (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc)
• Experience with Earned Value Management
• Possess strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to manage multiple/changing priorities
• Demonstrated success performing in a team environment
• Be well organized and detail-oriented
