Standard Job Description

Coordinates planning, organization, control, integration and completion of engineering projects within area of assigned responsibility. Plans and formulates engineering program; reviews product design for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related specifications. Evaluates and approves design changes, specification and drawing releases. Coordinates activities concerned with technical developments, scheduling, and resolving engineering design and test problems.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or STEM Field
  • AI interest and knowledge
  • Understanding of SQL
  • Some experience with a database manager (PG Admin for DBeaver, SQL Server Manager)
  • Data flow support – Python
  • Basic system design skills – knowing inputs and flows
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Experience in supporting change management initiatives or process improvement projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to quickly absorb new information and concepts, with an enthusiasm for ongoing learning and professional development.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects, with a strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering high-quality results  

Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice

Desired Skills

  • Experience in AWS cloud (using Lamda, knowing how to work in Glue)
  • Experience with ETL workflows (Apache Airflow, Pysparx)

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $65500.00 - $121700.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
