You will be the Operations Analyst - Level 2 for the Domestic Provisioning team. Our team is responsible for ensuring sustainment program material readiness and provisioning support.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Operations Analyst - Level 2 you will be responsible for identifying the depth and range of support material needed to meet operational maintenance goals and maintaining the provisioning parts database.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Analyze and forecast support material requirements for sustainment programs.
- Maintain and update the provisioning parts database.
- Provide technical services for initial and follow‑on provisioning tasks.
- Collaborate with global supply chain partners to ensure timely material availability.
- Generate reports to support operational maintenance planning.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Data Analytics, Database Management, Finance/Accounting, Mathematics or related discipline, OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
- Experience collecting and compiling datasets from disparate data sources an/or performing analysis using mathematical, statistical and technical techniques; previous experience with Database Management
- Demonstrated experience importing and manipulating data using Microsoft Excel
Desired Skills
- Familiarity interpreting C-130 and C-5 engineering specifications and drawings
- Familiarity with SAP and Sustainment Inventory Management Systems
- Knowledge and experience with C-130 or C-5 aircraft parts
- Familiarity with sustainment modeling, simulation and analysis
- Understand AMMM proposal process
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
