Basic Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional technical training equivalent to an Associate degree in a technical field strongly preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant technical or para-engineering experience.
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and technical documentation.
• Ability to interpret and generate technical schematics, diagrams, and reports.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant engineering software.
Desired Skills
• Ability to provide guidance or leadership to lower-level personnel as needed.
• Capable of working independently and taking initiative in problem-solving.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Contributes to major organizational activities and projects.
• Errors in work could have significant negative impact at the section or project level if not identified and corrected.
• Expected to maintain a high standard of accuracy and accountability.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $57800.00 - $107400.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
