Standard Job Description
In this position, the Logistics Program Integrator will manage multiple projects within the Sustainment Engineering and Analytics team. The candidate will directly support integration efforts to align with the overall Sustainment IPT cost, schedule, and performance objectives. Ensure field schedules for system upgrades and overhaul are developed and aligned with all training needs for the customer. In this position, the candidate will also maintain liaison with the customer communicating critical integrated status of procurement deliveries and contract deliverables for the Sustainment IPT, while managing key performance metrics. Candidate will work across the Software, Systems Engineering, Integration & Test, and Hardware IPTs collaborating to solve complex problems to ensure the overall readiness of the LRHW system remains ahead of ready.
Basic Qualifications
• Proven interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with an ability to influence and act as change agent.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experienced in managing multiple projects to support functional teams
• Experience developing metrics, reporting and providing status to customers
• Experienced building relationships with strategic customers through logistics initiatives
• For consideration - Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a Secret security clearance.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00
