The information below reflects the standard job description for this position: 

Directs all phases of programs from inception through completion. Responsibile for the cost, schedule, and tehnical performance of company programs orsubsytems of major programs. Participates in the negotiation of contract and contract changes. Coordinates the preparation of proposals, business plans,proposal work statements and specifications, operating budgets and financial terms/conditions of contract. Acts as primary customer contact for programactivities, leading program review sessions with customer to discuss cost, schedule, and technical performance. Establishes design concepts, critieria,and engineering efforts for product research, development, integration and test. Develops new business or expands the product line with the customer.Establishes milestones and monitors adherence to master plans and schedules, identifies program problems and obtains solutions, such as allocation ofresources or changing contractual specifications. Directs the work of employees assigned to the program from technical, manufacturing, andadministrative areas.

Basic Qualifications

  • Previous experience as an interface or representative to internal and/or external customers/stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience presenting to Directors and/or higher
  • US Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance

Desired Skills

  • Experience with proposal products
  • Previous experience with Request for Proposal (RFP) process and evaluation
  • Experience in project management, finance, systems engineering, and/or new business efforts
  • Strong organization, analytical, presentation, communications, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to develop strategic process improvement for the assigned team and look for ways to implement in the organization
  • Challenge driven employee with proven track record or meeting objectives and executing on commitments
  • Ability to manage escalations and appropriately communicate to all stakeholders and executive staff
  • Familiarity with business processes (invoicing, billing, funding, etc.) in the context of prime and subcontracts
  • Experience with IDIQ contracts
  • Familiarity with THAAD weapon system elements, capabilities, and CONOPs
  • Previous Supply Chain experience
  • Ability to travel if/as needed
  • Active Secret clearance

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $89100.00 - $165500.00

  • Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
