The Engineering & Technology organization is a highly dynamic and growing organization that plays a vital role in providing mission-critical solutions to our customers. This position is for a System Engineer to support the LRHW System Engineering, Integration & Test organization. You will help design, develop, and innovate technical solutions for soldier utilized ground systems.

This position requires strong communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment, and to interface with software developers, test engineers, other system engineers, program management, quality assurance engineers, and customer representatives.
Lockheed Martin is seeking a System Engineer for a position in Huntsville, AL.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related technical field and/or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of systems engineering concepts and processes
- Ability to work onsite in Huntsville, Alabama
- Candidate must be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance. Obtaining a security clearance requires US Citizenship
Desired Skills
- Knowledge of development, documentation, and verification of system requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to learn technical concepts
- Familiarity with MBSE and tools such as Cameo
- Familiarity with DOORs
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Effective communication skills with the ability to engage and interact in group meeting/working environments with team members, development organizations and customers.
- Capable of working both independently and within a small team environment.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $58200.00 - $108200.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
