The Lockheed Martin Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) team is in search of a Ground Test Vehicle (GTV) System Integrator / Product Owner Delegate to be part of a team developing missile defense technology that could forever change our ability to deter and respond to adversity.

This role is a System Integration Responsible Systems Engineer (SI RSE) Delegate providing direct support in product ownership of the asset.  Specific responsibilities will include:

  • This role, reporting to the GTV Product Owner, will support the development, build-up, and utilization of the asset(s) through their respective program lifecycle
  • Supporting the Supplemental Schedule build for GTV and cross coordination with IMS project engineers
  • Working with Manufacturing Engineers and Logistics Subject Matter Experts for GTV transportation, buildout, storage, and facility requirements
  • Support flight software load operations and execution
  • Creating block diagrams, schematics, and Concept of Operations
  • Coordinating responses to ERB across multiple stakeholders
  • Presenting Review charts
  • Supporting sub-system and component level testing across CONUS locations
  • Ensure the GTV is internally integrated to achieve its technical, programmatic, and customer established needs
  • Coordinate with delivering HW/SW organizations and AI&T to ensure on-time deliverables and integration to meet program milestones
  • Advocate for testbed resources

Basic Qualifications

  • Demonstrated integration and test experience, working with multidiscipline groups and geographically dispersed teams
  • Electrical and/or Mechanical Integration experience
  • HW/SW Integration experience

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering in related discipline
  • DOD Customer interface experience
  • Electrical Ground Support Equipment development or test experience
  • Missile or Weapon System Development
  • Project Engineering on complex Satellite or Missile Programs

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
