The Lockheed Martin Next Generation Interceptor (NGI) team is in search of a Ground Test Vehicle (GTV) System Integrator / Product Owner Delegate to be part of a team developing missile defense technology that could forever change our ability to deter and respond to adversity.
This role is a System Integration Responsible Systems Engineer (SI RSE) Delegate providing direct support in product ownership of the asset. Specific responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the Responsible Systems Engineer Delegate for the ground test vehicle (GTV)/testbed
- Support the product owner to ensure that all products come together in an integrated GTV – Electrical Design, Mechanical Design, Software Design, Architecture, major subsystems, and support designs into an integrated system
- Ensure the GTV is internally integrated to achieve its technical, programmatic, and customer established needs
- Define, Control, Maintain and Update AUR Configuration (inclusive of SW) by part number, ensuring the asset meets all requirements and user objectives, to include:
- EPDM product structure, Electrical Schematic, Drawings
- HW, SW pedigree expectations to accomplish goals
- Includes work arounds, temp configurations, etc. and products to accomplish these goals
- Assess and establish schedule impacts for engineering revisions, coordinating with applicable planners based on scope delineation
- Coordinate with delivering HW/SW organizations and AI&T to ensure on-time deliverables and integration to meet program milestones
- Support delivery and test execution of asset through ATP and Qualification
- Advocate for testbed resources
Basic Qualifications
- Planning, coordinating, and executing Hardware and/or software testing for integration and verification on complex satellite or missile programs
- Demonstrated technical leadership in product integration and test, working with multidiscipline groups and geographically dispersed teams
- Electrical Integration experience
- HW/SW Integration experience
Desired Skills
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering in related discipline
- DOD Customer interface experience
- Electrical Ground Support Equipment development or test experience
- Missile or Weapon System Development
- Project Engineering and leadership on complex Satellite or Missile Programs
- Propulsion system integration and test experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
