Standard Job Description
You will be the Inspector Sr for the Quality Assurance Team. Our team is responsible for ensuring product quality and compliance with specifications.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Perform visual inspections using measuring devices, micrometers, and fixtures.
- Accept, reject, or rework defective units based on inspection criteria.
- Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and inspection instructions.
- Document findings and maintain inspection records.
- Support statistical process control and quality verification activities.
Basic Qualifications
- Must be available for work at our Camden AR site: 4x10 Monday through Thursday, will the expectation of occasional overtime
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and have ability to obtain security clearance
- Holds a High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Proficient in computer use, effective interpersonal skills, concise verbal and written communication
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
- Problem‑solving ability and willingness to suggest process improvements
Desired Skills
- STEM degree
- One or more years of related experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics
- Familiarity with Apriso/SAP and or related quality systems
- Awareness of safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Experience with circuit assembly, mechanical assembly, wire‑harness assembly, or other similar processes
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $37700.00 - $69900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
