WHO YOU ARE
In this role you will partner with program and senior management to integrate cost, schedule, and technical performance across all functions, delivering precise, predictive program schedules that enable mission‑critical solutions for our customers and national security. Also in this role you will have the opportunity to shape the execution of high‑visibility programs, driving cost and schedule performance that directly supports Lockheed Martin’s mission to deliver cutting‑edge solutions for national security. Partners with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.
Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy. Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts. Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statuses. Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for solicitation response. Interfaces with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts. Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments. Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.

Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor's Degree with 4 or more years of relevant professional experience in planning or scheduling
•Experience in a project management schedule networking tool such as Open Plan (preferred), MS Project, or another comparable scheduling/planning tool
•Experience with fully networked, resource loaded labor hour schedules, integrity checks, and critical path methodology
•Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) principles and practices including Cost/Schedule Integration and Earned Value Metrics
•Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
•Experience presenting to leadership, customers, or other stakeholders
Desired Skills
- Expert experience in a schedule networking tool, such as Deltek OpenPlan (preferred) or Microsoft Project Server, as well as Microsoft Office Suite experience
- Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance
- Experience with Acumen or similiar analytic tool
- Experience with Data Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance
- Experience with Schedule Risk Assessments (Monte Carlo simulations)
- Some experience in the application of integrated cost/schedule techniques
- Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
- Ability to communicate and work effectively within a team
- Strong sense of follow-up with strict attention to detail and quality
Pay Information
GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $90600.00 - $168200.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $81500.00 - $151300.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $72500.00 - $134600.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $65200.00 - $121200.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Camden, AR; Lexington, KY; Lufkin, TX; etc.

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
