Program Planner, Staff – Integrated Program Planning Team
Our team develops and maintains program schedules and plans, drives program execution, and serves as trusted partners and strategic advisors for internal and external customers.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Planner, Staff, you will lead the development and maintenance of program schedules and plans, analyze complex data, and build effective relationships to drive program execution. You will be a key contributor to the Integrated Program Planning team, working closely with stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for new or existing development/production/sustainment programs leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)
- Tracking progress of program activities against baseline internal plans, ensuring schedule margin to contract dates is achieved or maintained
- Maintaining schedules, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, identifying critical/driving paths, and developing solutions for resolutions along with network‑logic validation/deconfliction
- Supporting and participating in negotiations with customers and internal stakeholders
- Preparing proposal submittal and execution schedules, assessing progress against established plans and parameters
- Formulating and recommending corrective actions such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirements
- Maintaining cost and schedule integration throughout the program lifecycle
- Implementing and monitoring Earned Value Management (EVM) systems on programs

Basic Qualifications
- Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
- Demonstrated critical thinking and problem‑solving abilities
- Expertise in developing/maintaining network schedules (integrity checks, critical‑path analysis, data‑driven metrics, schedule risk analysis)
- Experience delivering project briefings to internal and external customers
- Expertise with Earned Value Management (EVM), including cost/schedule integration
- Strong team‑building skills
- Influencing and relationship‑management abilities
- Proficiency in network‑scheduling tools (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc.)
- Ability to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance for consideration
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 + years of experience in planning or program‑management‑related discipline
- Earned Value certification
- Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) development and maintenance
- Experience with production, sustainment, or depot operations
- Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development
- Proposal development and submittal experience
- Integrated Master Plan (IMP) creation, maintenance, and integration with IMS
- Advanced Excel skill set (macros, lookup tables, VBA)
- Experience with schedule risk‑assessment processes/tools
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $100200.00 - $186200.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
