Standard Job Description

Partners with Program & Senior Management and directs all phases of Program Planning & Integration from inception through completion. Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle of planning and schedule management in support of program capture and execution. Collaborates with program management, senior management and the customer as the programs planning integrator. Manages vertical and horizontal integration and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.Provides leadership to program planning team and ensures: modeling and measuring techniques are in place to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline and to perform schedule risk assessments;time-phased predictive analyses, critical path verification and schedule risk assessments are performed and coordinated with program management; performance and health metrics analyses are utilized to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
  • 5+ years of prior experience in one of the following areas: Production Planning & Control, Inventory Management, Manufacturing/Production Operations
  • Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system such as SAP or Apriso and experience working with Microsoft Project or Open Plan software
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook)
  • Must be United States citizen and be able to obtain a TS/SCI w/poly security clearance

Desired Skills

  • Active TS/SCI w/ poly security clearance
  • Prior leadership experience (either formal or informal leadership)
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Demand Management theory and practices
  • Professional experience with production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience using SAP as a production ERP system
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Open Plan or equivalent 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to proactively identify and drive change
  • Demonstrated experience communicating/briefing executives, leaders, and customers

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $100200.00 - $186200.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
