This position is located at RMS Stratford and will conduct Counterintelligence (CI) Investigations on behalf of the Lockheed Martin (LM) Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) Business Area and includes implementation of the LM CI and Insider Threat and Education program. Identifies emerging trends and patterns, conducts risk assessments, and performs threat mitigation from a CI perspective. Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information providing recommendations to the leadership team/decision makers on methodologies, results and conclusions. CI activities are thoroughly performed and properly documented for business reference and quality. Works complex internal problems of employee-related investigations across LM RMS in accordance with Company policy and procedure. Develops advanced investigative strategy, performs thorough and prompt investigations of alleged misconduct and documents findings in written investigation reports. Experienced with current interview techniques and written summaries of findings. Presents investigative findings to internal adjudicating committees. Prepares assessments analyzing data and drawing conclusions supported by the facts. Develop advanced concepts, techniques, and standards related to investigations. Interfaces with Corporate Security Operations, Counterintelligence, and Investigations (SOCI) and Senior Management on CI issues and supports functional leadership, including HR, Legal, Ethics and Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) organizations. Understands relevant federal, state and local laws as well as LM policies and procedures. Demonstrates integrity and sensitivity of diverse cultures; performs detailed work with accuracy; exercises sound judgment in safeguarding confidential and sensitive information; utilizes diplomacy when dealing with people in sensitive situations. Due to the dynamic environment, the incumbent may be required to travel domestically and internationally and may need to work some flexible shifts for mission needs. US citizenship and a DoD security clearance are required for this position.
Provides analysis and research for industry, infrastructure, technology, country, geographic area, biographic and targeted vulnerability. Prepares assessments of current events based on the sophisticated collection, research and analysis of classified and open source information. Develops and maintains analytical procedures to meet changing requirements and ensure maximum operations. Collects data using a combination of standard intelligence methods and business processes.
Basic Qualifications
• Demonstrate extensive knowledge in CI with a degree in applicable studies or equivalent experience in the field.
• Ability to develop and maintain a well-established liaison in the CI arenas with Law enforcement, prosecutorial agencies and intelligence communities.
• Must be well versed with legal issues as they relate to CI investigations including applicable state and federal statutes.
• Advanced proficiency in investigative report writing.
• Must be a self-starter with proven leadership skills and impeccable ethical standards.
• Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills for effective relationship development and engagement with a variety of internal programs and customers.
• Candidate must be capable of interpreting specific Government policies and procedures relating to the field such as the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), Intelligence Community Directives and Federal Acquisition Regulations.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $145100.00 - $269500.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
