THE WORK
The International Military Aftermarket business is seeking a Senior Program Finance Analyst to support a portfolio of global military fixed-priced contracts that support the S70 Blackhawk platform.
Responsibilities include the coordination and execution of all financial reporting requirements for the various contracts. Partnering with various functional areas including Program Management, Global Accounting, Controllers, etc. to ensure successful execution of contract requirements with focus on developing accurate financial reporting. This includes developing and reporting Estimates at Complete (EAC), evaluation of risk and opportunities, P&L and Balance Sheet forecast, review of Net Investment and various ad-hoc requests. Candidate will act as lead for team’s FP&A deliverables and reporting.
• Maintain SAP contract project structure requirements and timely management of all WBS and contract maintenance requests
• Establish new contract revenue worksheets, SAP project, and performance obligation setup
• Ability to read, understand, clearly articulate complex contractual terms and be able to model financial impact to support monthly OL’s, CSRs and presentations to leadership
Provide analytical support and guidance to the Program team and work closely with the Sikorsky Finance organizations including Global Accounting, Corporate Tax, Core FP&A and Controllers
• Develop and support quarterly Estimate at Completion (EAC) / CSR reporting process for designated contracts to ensure focus on effective cost management
• Support weekly/monthly reviews with Programs and Finance POCs
• Support monthly reporting, close, outlook forecasts, and Long-Range Plan (LRP) for Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash and Inventory
• Act as team lead in providing required FP&A deliverables to support month end close, monthly/annual forecasts
• Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis to Programs and Finance Leadership

Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.
Basic Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Master’s degree
-Experience with SAP, Hyperion and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
Desired Skills
Experience with SAP, Hyperion, and Microsoft Office Programs.
Prior Program Finance and FP&A experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
