You will be an Items Analyst - Level 2.
What You Will Be Doing
Are you ready to play a critical role in supporting the world’s most advanced fighter jet? We are looking for a highly motivated and detailoriented Items Analyst (Level 2) to join our F-35 Item Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing, developing, and maintaining key item management data that
directly supports F-35 program operations. Working cross-functionally with engineering, logistics, and supply chain teams, you’ll ensure the accuracy and efficiency of our item management processes while contributing to the success of the F-35 program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and analyze item data, including unique identifiers, serial numbers, and part numbers, to support F-35 program requirements.
- Maintain and update databases within enterprise resource planning systems such as SAP.
- Collaborate with engineering, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure data accuracy and seamless integration into program operations.
- Develop and refine item management processes to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Conduct data analysis and recommend improvements to strengthen item management quality and integrity.
- Assist in the development of technical documentation, including manuals and procedures, to support item management operations.
- Participate in meetings and working groups, providing insights and recommendations on item management challenges.
- Mentor and support junior team members, sharing best practices and guidance on item management processes.

Basic Qualifications
• Holds a Bachelors degree in a related discipline, OR equivalent combination of experience and education
• Demonstrated experience with item management, supply chain management, logistics, and/or inventory management
• Previous experience with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
