Are you ready to make an impact on the F-35 program by ensuring the seamless management ofcritical supply items? We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Items Analyst – Level2 to join our F-35 Sustainment Supply Item Management team. In this role, you will play a key part inmanaging systems, driving process improvements, and collaborating across teams to supportsustainment operations.
As a vital member of the team, you will lead day-to-day activities, support cross-functional initiatives,and serve as the voice of supply, ensuring successful delivery of commitments. Your ability to analyzedata, manage projects, and drive solutions will help optimize performance and maintain operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and prioritize systemic action items, ensuring timely resolution and process improvements.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration, integrating with engineering, logistics, and supply teams todrive efficiency.
- Monitor and escalate key inhibitors, providing leadership with insights and recommended solutions.
- Oversee the repair life cycle of designated parts, managing all pre- and post-repair actions.- Analyze and manage Target Stock Levels (TSLs), ensuring optimal inventory levels to meet operational needs.
- Process and fulfill customer demands, coordinating supply chain actions to support mission success.
Basic Qualifications
• Experience collaborating with customers and key stakeholders to produce outcomes and drive results
• Experience with data analytics and tracking metrics on program performance
• Experience in presentation development and delivery to executive audiences
• Inventory and/or parts management and/or program management experience

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $59900.00 - $111300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
