What You Will Be Doing
As the Industrial Engineer Senior - Level 3 you will be responsible for driving continuous improvement across our manufacturing facilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyze and design sequences of operations and workflow to improve plant efficiency.
- Establish methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
- Develop and implement accident‑prevention measures and manage training programs for production staff.
- Conduct studies on cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems, then propose actionable improvements.
- Collaborate with facilities engineers to plan and design facility modifications and revisions to operating methods.

MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field, with multiple years of professional experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Capable of leading improvement / optimization projects
- Experience with statistical analysis and data analytics
- Familiarity with SAP or a related manufacturing system

- Tableau experience
- Aerospace or Fabrication Shop Experience
- Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- SQL Experience
- Experience with statistical analysis, data analysis, and/or database operations
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Management Operating Systems
- Knowledge- Possesses comprehensive understanding and applies concepts within the field and related disciplines. Demonstrates knowledge of industry and company practices.
- Complexity- Develops practical solutions to a range of complex problems. Works under general direction and participates in determining assignment objectives. Work is done independently and is reviewed at critical points.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $76700.00 - $142500.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
