You will be the JTN Site Integration Lead for the Johnstown Operations team which is responsible for overseeing all functional activities under Johnstown Operations and liaising with Enterprise Functional Leadership.
What You Will Be Doing
As the JTN Site Integration Lead you will be responsible for coordinating and executing key operational strategies across functional groups.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support execution of the Manufacturing System to ensure smooth production flow.
- Develop and execute an Operations AIP strategy aligned with enterprise goals.
- Coordinate budget and staffing inputs across functional leadership to meet resource needs.
- Manage capital planning and execution, driving investment decisions.
- Oversee constraint management and schedule compliance for downstream LOB customers.

Manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions. Oversees the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Monitors the assessment of project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Insures the development of mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.
Basic Qualifications
- Experience working in a Production Operations and/or Manufacturing environment
- Leadership Ability: proven capability to lead cross functional teams, mentor talent, and cost reduction initiatives.
- Experience developing business strategies and tactical plans to achieve production objectives: Safety, Quality, Cost, Schedule, and Staffing.
- Experience working in a Collective Bargaining Union environment and partnering with a represented workforce

- Executive Presence. Excellent presentation skills and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $142800.00 - $265200.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
