Standard Job Description
You will be the Manufacturing Supervisor for our production team. Our team is responsible for achieving exceptional results in schedule, efficiency, quality, and cost savings, while maintaining a safe and efficient working environment.
Manages more than one functional area of manufacturing, such as machining, assembly, tool and die, packaging. Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary, and recognition/disciplinary actions.
Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education.
- Ability to drive results in accordance with schedule
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, team building and problem solving skills
- Solid technical and customer interface skills required

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $65200.00 - $121200.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
