SOF Specific Description
Program Director for the SOF GLSS 2 SOF Systems and Services (S3) Mission Area , including the Family of Special Operations Vehicles (FOSOV) platforms, crewed/uncrewed maritime platforms, diverse mission systems programs, globally deployed logistics support teams, and sustainment of SOF operator equipment and training at Blue Grass Station in Lexington, KY. Directs all phases of the ~$450M program portfolio, including: management of cost/schedule/quality, culture optimization, partnership with customers/suppliers/ subcontractors, ensuring successful proposal response/program planning/ estimating, and execution of related task orders associated with specific program requirements. The position requires successful response to rapid changes and the dynamics of acquiring, fielding, and supporting multiple customer missions including global services in unique environments. Develops and executes organizational plans, policies and procedures across the enterprise to meet strategic and tactical goals.

Basic Qualifications
- Position requires demonstrated ability to lead Life Cycle Sustainment (LCSM) and development efforts for Ground and/or Maritime programs, including platform integration programs.
- Position requires demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse portfolio sustainment and logistics programs.
- Position requires demonstrated leadership skills and extensive professional experience in managing multiple task orders in an IDIQ environment.
- Ability to manage short duration, high priority projects relative to cost, schedule and performance.
- Ability to develop proposals, Statement of Work and project schedules.
- Formulates partnerships and relationships with customer, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ability to develop and execute organizational plans, policies and procedures across the enterprise to meet strategic and tactical goals.
- Must exhibit Full Spectrum Leadership Qualities.
- Must possess strong Budget Control, Scheduling skills, strong Communications skills, and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with all levels of the organization, including internal and external constituencies.
- Ability to work independently and meet hard deadlines.
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and program management tools.
- Willingness to execute tasks in addition to leading others.
- Must have an active Secret clearance

Desired Skills
- Program management training/certification.
- Proven international leadership experience
- Experience managing special operations logistics operations and services
- Ground and/or maritime systems production program management experience.
- Possess a comprehensive understanding of SOF organization/processes and military logistics systems, including Joint Special Operations Command (JSOC) operations.
- Experience working in Government Owned Contractor Operated (GOCO) environment or in a joint IPT structure.
- Experience in Platform Configuration Management and Risk Management techniques.
- Experience in Lean/Six Sigma.
- Strategy Development for future business opportunities and business growth.
Pay Information
GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $180000.00 - $325000.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $180000.00 - $325000.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $180000.00 - $325000.00
