Standard Job Description
The Global Sustainment team located in King of Prussia, PA is looking for a Logistics Project Manager (LPM) to support a recently awarded high-visibility contract. As the LPM, you'll be responsible for the execution and completion of all Logistics & Sustainment support efforts within the contract scope to support the design, development, test, and operational fielding of the planned systems. You'll direct, prioritize, and monitor work progress of personnel assigned to tasks to ensure program milestones and contractual deliveries are met. The candidate will directly interface with Program Management and the Customer on sustainment topics and coordinate sustainment support across all functional areas. You'll devise technical solutions in response to problems that negatively affect successful accomplishments of tasks assigned throughout the team. You'll support the adoption of Digital Transformation processes, tools, common products, and infrastructure as required.
The LPM will have technical and managerial oversight on multiple topics that relate to the lifecycle of systems covered under the contract. Topics detailed in this effort include:
- Control Account Management
- Establish Staffing Requirements
- Contract Deliverable Documentation
- Maintenance Manual Development
- Fault Analysis and Reporting
- Obsolescence Management
- Property Accountability and Inventory
- Supply Chain Management and Procurement
- Corrective & Preventive System Maintenance
This position is required to be in the King of Prussia, PA facility. However, there is some flexibility to work from home with advance coordination with the manager.
This position will require occasional travel to support program initiatives.
The candidate must have a Top Secret clearance to start.
Basic Qualifications
| MUST have a TOP SECRET security clearance prior to start (US Citizenship required) Have more than 5 years in Project or Program Management Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent Government/Military/Commercial Experience. |
Desired Skills
| Must have demonstrated strong organizational and leadership skills. Must be able to provide project management experience and program execution guidance to subordinates in providing and managing the implementation of Sustainment solutions. Must be able to provide leadership in reviewing and implementing innovative Sustainment strategies for the supported program. |
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
