Supports development of quality plans and procedures in accordance with customer requirements for both make and buy items. Ensures the conformance to company and regulatory standards. Initiates, reviews, analyzes and reports on quality-related data/metrics from production, service, supplier or process improvement activities and analyzes using statistical techniques. Interfaces as needed with manufacturing, engineering, customer, vendor and subcontractor representatives to ensure process requirements are met. Supports the development of disposition and corrective actions for recurring product/process discrepancies for both make and buy items. Reviews completed assembly, process, test, mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical quality records to determine data accuracy, acceptability and completeness. Manages the quality records control process to assure adequate accountability and traceability. Develops and maintains governing procedures related to records control. Supports product acceptance and delivery per established process.
This position will work in the Quality Control discipline for Lockheed Martin in King of Prussia, PA and will be responsible for the following:
• Identifying, developing quality health metrics to support.
• Responsible for supporting the development of quality plans and procedures in accordance with customer requirements.
• Analyzes and interprets data and metrics that leads to actionable goals and continuous improvement. Will be required to draw conclusions from data sets and present findings to leadership.
• Collaborates with Quality Engineering for product defects and variation in manufacturing processes across production sites and centers to determine root cause and assist in development of corrective actions.
• Managing the quality records control process to assure adequate accountability and traceability.
• Provides inter-organizational contact with production personnel, inspection, and other internal customers.
• Candidate will be expected to understand quality control discipline for product-related compliance, tracking and reporting Quality metrics, performing internal audits and developing conclusions from trending data.
Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s or higher degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2-4 years of Quality Assurance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong data analytics and problem solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience with Microsoft Tools
Ability to obtain Top Secret clearance (Must be a U.S Citizen)
Ability to manage multiple priorities

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
