The Senior Quality Control Analyst will be responsible for supporting the CAB Lead Quality Engineer in actions for the Reentry Operations Center Corrective Action Board (CAB) and Operations Tier 2 CAB data development and analysis, coordinating the Production Quality Performance Management Team (PMT) package inputs and Production Quality FLEX (Focused Leader Excellence) requirements.  They will assist in documentation of cost savings projects, help coordinate functional training requirements, and assist with team continuous improvement.

The Analyst role also supports compliance with quality plans and procedures in accordance with customer requirements. Ensures conformance to company and regulatory standards. Initiates, reviews, analyzes and reports on quality-related data/metrics from production, service, supplier or process improvement activities and analyzes using statistical techniques. Interfaces as needed with manufacturing, engineering, and customer representatives to ensure process requirements are met. Supports the development of disposition and corrective actions for recurring product/process discrepancies. Reviews completed assembly, process, test, mechanical, electrical, and electromechanical quality records to determine data accuracy, acceptability and completeness. Manages the quality records control process to assure adequate accountability and traceability. Develops and maintains governing procedures related to records control. Supports product acceptance and delivery per established processes.

 

Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in Quality Management Systems (e.g., AS9100) in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, processes and best practices.
  • Experience in data analysis and continuous improvement skillsets
  • U.S Citizenship required with the ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance
  • Project management expertise

Desired Skills

  • Degree in Engineering, Quality, or a related field.
  • Ability to communicate complex results to non‑technical audiences.
  • Works well both in a team setting and independently
  • Strong problem‑solving mindset and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work at all levels of the organization to develop data analytical models, drive positive change, and communicate across multi-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience in implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to achieve program and/or company objectives.
  • Active Secret Clearance 
  • Strong communication skills.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
