Basic Qualifications
Experience: 8+ years of professional software development experience, with at least 2 years in a senior or staff‑level role
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in one or more primary languages (e.g., C++, Java, Python, Go)
Deep understanding of software architecture and design (OOAD,OOP, Domain Driven Design, Modeling)
Agile Mindset and methods: Agile values and principles, Kanban/Scrum, Test‑Driven Development (TDD), DevOps practices.
Desired Skills
| Mission knowledge of GPS/PNT systems and architecture Familiarity with RF concepts, signal processing, and test equipment Experience developing for multiple processor architectures and platforms (e.g. x86, ARM, Versal ACAP) Hands on experience working in hardware lab test environments containing servers, RF equipment, and COTS test equipment Contributions to open‑source projects or publications in technical forums. Experience with real‑time systems, architectures, and embedded software. Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $110300.00 - $204900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
