Provides product quality support in an operational environment including delivery, maintenance and modification efforts. Interprets and provides governance to ensure full compliance with industry standards and customer regulations for specific product operations, including fielded systems from initial procurement, delivery, supply chain, reutilization and disposal. Supports the execution of the sustainment strategy across the product life cycle. Measures sustainment quality performance. Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment while providing statistical analysis to determine root causes, establish corrective action, and apply strategies and/or systems designed to improve performance and productivity. Applies diagnostics and other condition-based maintenance techniques; performs product and process surveillance and collaborates with platform Users, Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Sustainment to ensure quality standards are in place. Quality integrator responsible for overseeing contractual compliance with company and 3rd party operations conducting product delivery, maintenance and operations. Supports final acceptance of finished product and/or modification efforts.

Work Performed

  • Schedule Test, Measurement, and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE) exchanges with US Navy personnel. 
  • Develop calibration refit scehdules in support of US Navy fleet requirements. 
  • Coordinate return, calibration, and addition of TMDE with Strategic Weapons Facility Atlantic (SWFLANT) calibration customers. 
  • Create reports and present that data to higher levels. 
  • Other duties as required. 

Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Proven experience acting as the primary liaison between cross functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to track multiple items/projects to timely completion and to produce status reports.
  • US Citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a secret clearance

  • Understanding of logistics and scheduling to balance calibration demand with resource availability.
  • Proven capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, make sound decisions independently, and function effectively in a team setting.
  • Proven ability to develop self directed work plans, provide core‑skill training to peers, and drive collaborative problem‑resolution.
  • Strong command of the MS Office suite and database applications for data entry, report development, and reporting efforts.
  • Proven experience as a customer service representative for a maintenance/service department or organization.

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $70500.00 - $130900.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
