Standard Job Description

Performs one or more multiple financial activities within various finance job functions (FP&A, Overhead, Program Finance, Accounting, Controller, etc.). Will include some or all of the responsibilities as defined. Performs financial analysis, establishes performance management budgeting, and forecasting activities to include variance analysis, trend identification, workforce planning drivers, risk and opportunities assessment and development of mitigation plans. Integrates information from multiple financial systems, processes and functions in order to consolidate the data forensics into actionable business solution recommendations. Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, ROIC, Overhead, Discretionary Funding) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal and external customers to include government contractual cost and schedule earned value management reporting. Develops and utilizes forward-looking data analytics, visualization and trend analysis to inform financial strategy and decision making. Develops and provides actionable recommendations to key stakeholders to make sound financial and operating decisions. Maintains applicable internal and external (FAR, CAS, SEC, US GAAP) policy, procedure, and controls for compliance to support internal process and external regulatory requirements. Provides subject matter expertise support to proposal development, basis of estimate and negotiations, as required.

 

IWTA & CAM Support

  • Serve as acting CAM on all IWTAs; manage weekly statusing, actuals, and percentage spent
  • Coordinate with PMs and contracts on overfunds, IWTA closures, and billing reconciliation
  • Support billing team in reconciliation processes and maintain IWTA program area bucket assignments
  • Set up IWTA, WBS, and labor network structures
  • Act as business lead and liaison across mission areas and functional teams
  • Serve as SOF GLSS IWTA F&BO point of contact; coordinate cross-mission area efforts
  • Serve as FP&A point of contact; monitor actuals and project outlook (orders, sales, EBIT)
    • Maintain ownership of outlook and R&O; support weekly/ monthly reporting cadence

Financial Modeling & Rate Management

  • Develop strategic financial scenarios and models; perform direct rate and cost analysis
  • Manage potential full rate production line from F&BO perspective; oversee indirect rate pools
    • Track building buildouts, support depreciation processes, and monitor indirect expenses
  • Handle international rates and taxes

Proposal & Capture Support

  • Assist with formal and informal proposals
  • Develop financial charts and slides for MPR, PMR, and mission-area/IDIQ-level briefings
    • Prepare discussion points and deliver financial chart briefings at appropriate levels

Basic Qualifications

 5+ years of related experience

Working knowledge of IWTA process, and F&PA.

Program Finance experience.

Experiance supporitng cross functional teams.

Desired Skills

Working knowledge of FAR and CAS.

Experience with billing.

 

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $80200.00 - $149000.00
