Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or closely related engineering discipline) from an accredited institution.
- 2+ years of professional experience in mechanical engineering, with emphasis on aerospace or aircraft structural/mechanical systems.
- Experience with 3D CAD modeling and mechanical design of aircraft components or assemblies.
- Working knowledge of mechanical design principles, tolerance analysis, and hardware integration in an aerospace environment.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required).
Desired Skills
- Proficient experience using CATIA for 3D modeling, drafting, and design of aircraft modifications.
- Experience working in Teamcenter (or similar PLM system) for configuration management, drawing release, and technical data package development.
- Hands-on experience supporting mechanical aspects of military aircraft modification programs, including design, integration, and installation of structural components, brackets, mounts, or mechanical systems.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $63400.00 - $117800.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
