Standard Job Description
Provide reference or issue controlled documents and supplements by Electronically Issued Document (EID), email or paper as requested. Input Production Order requests into Configuration Management Document Control (CMDC) when applicable. Provide daily documents electronically for outside service. Assign incoming change item tasks to appropriate team members and maintain log sheet of task assignments. Provide change updates to those areas supported above, checking IO dispatch, SAP and IT Reports to determine current status and location of Production Orders and / or Projects. Resolve drawing / TeamCenter issues for requests. Identify and work with Data Management to resolve proprietary issues. Print Mylars/1:1 for Production, Quality & Inspection. Coordinate workload assistance with other Document Control members or provide assistance as needed. Remove drawings from closed Production Orders, scan Production Orders to return log before delivering back to MRP. Perform document returns to CMDC. Order supplies for Document Control as required.

- Proficient with Microsoft products
- Ability to prioritize tasks or seek prioritization when multiple urgent tasks need processing
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
Desired Skills
• Familiar with Aviation and Fabrication Best Practices
• Experience in the use of Configuration Management Data system
• Experience in the use of TeamCenter Engineering
