Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of related experience with a post-secondary degree or training in a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience managing the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serving as liaison between project management, planning, project teams, and line management
- Demonstrated expertise in coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection, training, performance assessment, work assignments, salary administration, and recognition/disciplinary actions
- Skills in overseeing project status, budgets, schedules, and preparing status reports
- Ability to monitor project issues, develop resolutions, and establish mechanisms for monitoring project progress and problem-solving with project managers, line managers, and clients
Desired Skills
- Proven experience managing the integration of data-centric organizational frameworks and initiatives
- Expertise in change management using ADKAR methodology to drive organizational adoption and transformation
- Experience overseeing the integration of new systems designed to enable data access, transparency, and reporting
- Working knowledge of AI systems, SAP tool sets, and RFID technology as applied to operational project management and data optimization
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $133500.00 - $247900.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
