- Partner with senior executives across LM Space to define shaping objectives and establish programmatic baselines for development, production, and services contracts.
- Craft and deliver customer focused key messages that expand the stakeholder base and sustain momentum for all related acquisitions.
- Develop detailed project and capture management plans that ensure disciplined execution, adherence to schedule, and cost-effective performance of each capture element.
- Formulate mission and customer-oriented product strategies that address both short term and long term growth opportunities, and secure advocacy for these strategies from the MSAC team and the pertinent line of business.
- Lead coordinated engagement campaigns with government customers and external contractors, driving both internal alignment and external partnership activities.
- Accountable for shaping and securing new business by delivering competitively differentiated, customer aligned mission solutions.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with customers, teammates, and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with senior executives to develop and execute strategic growth plans and technology roadmaps.
- Collaborate closely with the Government Affairs team to monitor external influences, budgetary trends, and the positions of Executive and Legislative branches that could affect capture efforts.
