Standard Job Description
In this role you will:
- Development and presentation of materials for the consumption of internal senior management and Government interfaces.
- Development of performance metrics and preparation of related reports.
- Analysis of earned value trends, actuals, and estimates.
- Provide guidance to control account managers.
- Analysis of variances and development of corrective action plans.
- Implement the processes associated with Program Finance and maintain the contract budget baseline log (PMB, UB, MR, etc).
- Review contract modifications for accuracy, communicate and follow through with Contracts, and ensure changes are incorporated into the corresponding budget correctly.
- Track, analyze, and report on expenditures and commitments against funding obligations.
- Maintain the EVM Cost tool (COBRA), OH Rate Change Analysis, and ad hoc reporting. This position will support the Budget and EAC change control process.
- Provide data to support audits and other special projects.
- Timely and accurately consolidates financial results (Orders, Sales, EBIT, Cash, and Overhead) and monthly, quarterly and year end reporting to internal customers

Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice.
Basic Qualifications
| • Bachelors or Masters degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education or experience in lieu of degree |
Desired Skills
• Significant Excel Experience - macros, pivot tables, V look ups, etc
• Tableau / BI experience
• COBRA (or a similar budgeting system) and/or SAP experience
• Experience with Earned Value Management processes / FAR guidelines
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organization, analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills
• Advocate for change and continuous improvement
• Ability to coordinate with multiple partners
• Dedicated, able to develop strategic operational improvement for assigned team
• Working knowledge of FAR (Federal Acquisition Requisition)
• Experience with SAP, SADE (SAP Accounting Data Extract)
• Knowledge of DCMA, DCAA, ANSI, DIDs
• 2+ years of related finance experience
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $67400.00 - $125200.00
