Support manufacturing operations by analyzing and improving production systems, capacity, flow, labor utilization, and overall operational performance. This role is expected to independently partner with manufacturing teams to identify opportunities, perform data-driven analysis, and implement sustainable improvements supporting safety, quality, cost, and schedule objectives. This individual will work with a electronics manufacuring floor that includes Harness, Test, and Circuit Card Assembly.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Systems Engineering, or related technical discipline
- Experience applying Industrial Engineering principles within a manufacturing or operations environment
- Experience analyzing production data and translating findings into actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage assignments and collaborate across functional teams
- Post-start Interim Secret Clearance
Desired Skills
- Experience with capacity analysis, time studies, standard work, line balancing, facility/layout optimization, or production flow
- Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma tools including Value Stream Mapping, DMAIC, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement
- Experience identifying and analyzing manufacturing constraints and bottlenecks
- Experience developing or using manufacturing performance metrics/KPIs
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and manufacturing routings/work centers
- Data analysis and visualization experience
- Ability to lead small improvement efforts from problem definition through implementation and sustainment
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
