This position is part of the Supply Chain Quality Organization and is responsible for inspecting Electronic components used on all Programs at LM Space. In this role you will inspect incoming batches from Suppliers, verify that the Supplier met all requirements, perform visual inspections on parts, submit parts for Lab testing, and accept parts into stock. Inspects purchased parts and materials for conformity to standards, specifications, and processing requirements using predetermined methods and in some cases may determine methods and sequences. Inspects for proper identity and dimensions using such measuring devices as micrometers, gauges, and calipers. Visually inspects for obvious defects or damage such as corrosion, cracks, dents, scratches, and pits. Verifies specifications using purchase orders, blueprints, drawing or inspection instructions, and checklists. Makes pass/fail decisions on inspected goods. May improvise or adapt inspection and measuring devices as needed. May monitor and verify quality in accordance with statistical process or other control procedures. Maintains records of results.

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $41000.00 - $76100.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
