Standard Job Description
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college
- 5+ years of prior experience in one of the following areas: Production Planning & Control, Inventory Management, Manufacturing/Production Operations
- Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system such as SAP or Apriso and experience working with Microsoft Project or Open Plan software
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook)
- Must be United States citizen and be able to obtain a TS/SCI w/poly security clearance
Desired Skills
- Active TS/SCI w/ poly security clearance
- Prior leadership experience (either formal or informal leadership)
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of Material Requirements Planning (MRP) and Demand Management theory and practices
- Professional experience with production planning and scheduling in a manufacturing environment
- Experience using SAP as a production ERP system
- Experience with Microsoft Project and/or Open Plan or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
- Proven ability to proactively identify and drive change
- Demonstrated experience communicating/briefing executives, leaders, and customers
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $100200.00 - $186200.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
