Standard Job Description

  • Set up, program, and operate CNC machines for aerospace manufacturing. 

  • Follow detailed engineering drawings and specifications to ensure parts meet strict tolerances.

  • Collaborate with manufacturing engineers, quality inspectors, and production staff to ensure first-article success.

  • Perform tooling and machine setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work environment.

 

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a CNC machinist in aerospace or high-precision manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with CNC programming using Mastercam CAM software 2024 or newer.
  • Proficiency with precision measurement tool to ensure manufacturing precision and efficiency.
  • Proficency reading and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, CAD/CAM models, and GD&T specifications.
  • Loading materials and fixtures, select proper tooling, and configure tool offsets and work offsets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • US Citizen

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $56600.00 - $105000.00

PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
