Basic Qualifications
Ability to interpret Engineering drawings and design manufacturing processes.
Experience creating Electronics manufacturing processes for Circuit Card Assemblies and Electronic Box Assemblies.
Experience documenting manufacturing processes in Process Flow Diagrams and Process Failure Modes and Effects Analyses.
Experience reviewing and approving Engineering drawings.
Experience reviewing, approving, and implementing Engineering Change Orders.
Desired Skills
Experience in an AS9100 manufacturing environment.
Experience in a rate production environment.
IPC J-STD-001 certification.
Experience with automated equipment for electronics manufacturing including Pick-and-Place, Adhesive Dispense, Selective Soldering, Automated Optical Inspection, and Automated X-Ray Inspection.
Experience with SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Windchill Enterprise Product Data Management (ePDM) Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) software, and Apriso Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
