Our facility in Denver, CO seeks a level 3 Manufacturing Support Team Member (Assembly, Test, and Launch Services Planner) to join our mission. As a member of the Assembly, Test, and Launch Services (ATLS) group for the Rate Acceleration Team, you will be part of the planning team responsible for collaborating with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, Programs, and test lab key team members to ensure a steady flow of products through the test lab and delivery to our customers.

This is a high-volume test environment that processes a variety of products per day/week/month. To be effective you should be familiar with planning, have strong analytical problem-solving skills, and have experience with conflict resolution. This role will require you to be organized, have exceptional attention-to-detail, and be a self-starter.

In this role, you will ...

•    Build, maintain, and implement test schedules for ATLS labs
•    Participate in strategic initiatives that will impact testing and planning organizations
•    Align with Program to balance customer needs with test schedule efficiencies
•    Identify conflicts, escalate, and facilitate the deconflict process with stakeholders
•    Lead scheduling and budget meetings with lab stakeholders and test/manufacturing engineers
•    Analyze cost and schedule metrics for lab stakeholders
•    Maintain standard schedule structure, output, and adherence to the business rhythm

Basic Qualifications

•    2-4 years planning experience in one of the following areas: Production Planning & Control, Program, Operations, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Material Resource Planning
•    Experience using logic‑based scheduling tools such as MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, or similar
•    Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
•    Due to work location requirements and programs supported, U.S. citizenship is required

Desired Skills

•    Bachelor's degree
•    5+ years of experience in one or multiple of the following areas: Production Planning & Control, Inventory Management, Supply Chain, Material Resource Planning (MRP)
•    Experience with OnePager or Milestones Pro
•    Experience working in a high-volume testing environment
•    Experience working with an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system such as SAP or similar.
•    Training / Certifications (e.g. APEX, APICS, Six Sigma Green Belt)
•    Demonstrated experience communicating/briefing executive, leaders, and customers
•    Experience engaging with cross-functional teams including Technicians, Manufacturing Engineers, Process Engineers, Quality, Production Leads, Supply Chain & Program Engineering
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
•    Ability to work independent of direct supervision 
•    Proven ability to proactively identify and drive change
•    Proactive communication skills 
•    Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

  • For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
