Our facility in Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for a level 3 Material Requirements Planner (MRP) to join our mission.  As our MRP you will provide critical support to production, business, and cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced, team‑based manufacturing environment. The role ensures that program milestones and key delivery dates are met by coordinating parts availability, forecasting, and material flow using the Automated Storage & Retrieval System (ASRS) and SAP ERP. You will also drive continuous‑improvement initiatives, facilitate self‑directed work teams, and deliver training in core manufacturing skills.

 

Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will...

 

Area Primary Duties
Program & Milestone Management • Track and meet critical program dates, milestone deliverables, and launch schedules.• Proactively identify schedule risks and implement corrective actions to keep programs on‑track.
Materials Planning & Forecasting • Generate and maintain accurate parts forecasts in SAP, ensuring alignment with production demands.• Manage part replenishment and inventory levels through the ASRS, coordinating inbound/outbound movements.
Stakeholder Coordination • Partner with Manufacturing Engineering, Production, Scheduling, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to confirm that the right parts are delivered at the right time.
Production Planning & Control • Develop daily and weekly production plans, monitor execution, and adjust priorities as needed.• Conduct root‑cause analysis of material shortages or bottlene‑downs and drive corrective actions.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3‑5 years of experience in a manufacturing operations environment (production planning, material management, or process improvement) 
  • Strong analytical skills (Excel, data visualization, KPI tracking). 
  • Proficient in SAP for parts forecasting, inventory, and order management 
  • Due to work location requirements, U.S. citizenship is required

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field.
  • Prior experience with ASRS for parts forecasting, inventory, and order management 
  • Strong communication skills to partner with production, manufacturing engineering, supply‑chain, purchasing, and finance.
  • Experience managing multiple, concurrent planning projects

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00
