LMC Properties, Inc. (LMCPI) is seeking a highly motivated Office Planner to join the Enterprise Operations (EO) Space Planning team. The successful candidate will lead space planning activities and drive coordination across multiple functions at the Deer Creek Facility in Littleton, CO. The Office Planner will also support additional domestic and international locations in the EO Portfolio.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Partner with Facilities, ESH, Project Managers, Maintenance, IT, and Security to design and organize workplace layouts that maximize efficiency, safety and employee comfort.
- Integrate consistent Lockheed Martin standards into all designs, leveraging corporate purchasing contracts, corporate standards and industry best practices.
- Translate customer requirements into project specifications, floor plans, and space layouts.
- Oversee vendor communications, procurement processes, and furniture installation activities.
- Maintain the Deer Creek Site Standards Document and keep the LMCPI Drawing Database current.
- Act as the primary space planner liaison for the site facilities team, collaborating with Deer Creek tenant representatives and planning professionals to align long-range space strategies with furniture and equipment needs.
- Lead the Deer Creek Facility Enterprise Planning team, conducting monthly meetings with designated tenants leads, representing LMCPI/EO interests, monitoring occupancy/vacancy and liens, reviewing site layouts and density, and adjudicating space requests.
- Manage LMBuildings (internal tool) tasks, update facility drawings, audit EO spaces, and work with BA leads to keep their data current.
- Document floor plans changes affecting leasing agreements (MOU’s) with LMCPI, and provide quarterly updates to Finance to ensure proper billing.
- Provide AutoCAD expertise and drafting support to LMCPI facilities managers, project managers and trade professionals during projects.
- Manage the LMCPI Deer Creek Website, posting weekly cafeteria menu updates, security notices, and other site information for building occupants.
- Collect, analyze, and present space planning data to stakeholders, delivering actionable insights and improvement recommendations.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to advance the overall success of the Space Planning function.
- Minimal travel (<25%) may be required to support the EO portfolio.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience in space planning, occupancy planning, or similar function.
- Demonstrated experience and knowledge in AutoCAD.
- Knowledge of furniture/equipment specifications, common industry codes, standards, guidelines and related disciplines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, including the ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines while managing multiple projects.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a larger team.
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Interior Design, Architectural Interiors or similar degree.
- Proficiency in industry software such as Tririga, LMBuildings, CAD Integrator, Revit or similar Space Management Tools.
- Experience in designing secured, classified spaces.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Strong computer skills, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $81500.00 - $151300.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
