Join our RF Products Engineering team as an experienced Project Engineer, where you will serve as a critical liaison between engineering design and production teams!
In this role, you will coordinate and drive hardware development through various lifecycle phases—from concept and design through prototype and production. You will gain exposure to a wide range of engineering disciplines while contributing to program execution, process improvement, and delivery success.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Project Planning & Coordination
• Support the development of program plans, schedules, and resource needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware and documentation readiness
• Track progress toward milestones and proactively identify risks
Program Execution
• Coordinate engineering changes, procurement activities, and material readiness
• Partner with manufacturing and test teams on prototype builds and deliverables
• Ensure technical documentation is current and aligns with engineering release processes
• Monitor hardware status and support issue resolution across design, supply chain, and production
Communication & Documentation
• Deliver status updates, risks, and key metrics to stakeholders
• Maintain detailed project records including design, schedule, and procurement tracking
• Support customer reviews and internal readiness checkpoints
Continuous Improvement
• Identify and implement opportunities for process and execution improvements
• Contribute to team knowledge through lessons learned and documentation best practices

Basic Qualifications
• Experience performing Project Engineering, Project Management, and/or Project planning related tasks within an engineering environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with working knowledge of MS Project.
• This position requires U.S. Citizenship to meet program/customer requirements; must be able to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.
Desired Skills
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP for materials and production tracking
- Exposure to RF hardware or antenna systems is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Successful applicants will possess at least 5 years of experience and a Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
- Active TS/SCI clearance
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
