Standard Job Description
This position is for a functional integrator within the 1LMX Operations team leading and/or supporting functional teams. This role must work across Lockheed Martin Business Areas (BAs) to understand contract requirements and most effectively deliver products and services in compliance with the customer. The successful candidate will collaborate with a scrum team to align and harmonize common requirements and processes across BAs, help generate functional specifications, and collaborate with IT developers to support the development, testing, and deployment of 1LMX capabilities.
The Integrator is a key functional role, that can float to support multiple teams as work flows change; or support a primary team on a regular cadence. The Functional Integrator is skilled in many areas and supports the successful delivery of the 1LMX ERP ProdOps solution.
Key responsibilities include:
- Drives the creation of clear, well-structured functional specifications by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.
- Translate requirements into detailed integration specifications, data flow diagrams, and interface designs.
- Partners with a diverse set of stakeholders providing cross-team collaboration, including cross-BA resources, scrum teams, value streams, portfolios, and IT, to align requirements and solutions.
- In collaboration with Business Solution Architects, coordinates cross-team dependencies, interfaces, and integration points to ensure end-to-end solution alignment.
- Supports risks, issues, and dependencies identification and development of mitigation strategies.
- Supports the functional leads by leading requirement walkthroughs, supporting workshops and sprint reviews, and completing tasks and actions to support WTW and milestone deliverables.
- Basic understanding of and an ability to leverage AI tools to draft, refine, validate, and improve functional specifications and other project deliverables.
- Supports BRB ticket development, tracking, and submittal as well as BRB meetings.
- Supports testing activities and defect resolution by analyzing issues, identifying root causes, coordinating with impacted teams, and driving resolution.
- Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly as priorities change, and pivot to new tasks; while maintaining work load organization.
- Ability to learn and take on new opportunities that don’t have a defined, straightforward path to completion.
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline
• Significant experience with Lockheed Martin operations and manufacturing processes or similar
• Experience leading or working with multifunctional teams
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
• SAP experience
Desired Skills
Knowledge and experience with Lockheed Martin’s ERP and MES systems
• Experience with function specification development
• Experience with developing, testing, and deploying new software tools into production
• Experience with agile development methodologies and IT project management
• Experience with:
- Complex assemblies
- Working with teams such as shop floor integratoin, demand managagment, PEO (Production Engineering and Operations), and PLMSI (Product Lifecycle Magement System Integration)
Pay Information
GeoZone Definition: GeoZones are geographic groupings created by Lockheed Martin to align compensation ranges with regional labor markets and cost-of-labor differences across the United States. Locations are assigned a Geo Zone based on the primary work location of the role.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 1): $161300.00 - $299500.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Sunnyvale CA; Pal Alto, CA; New York City metropolitan area; Newark, New Jersey; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 2): $145100.00 - $269500.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Denver, CO; King of Prussia, PA; Stratford, CT; Moorestown, NJ; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 3): $129000.00 - $239600.00
- Includes metropolitan areas such as Dallas–Fort Worth, TX; Orlando, FL; Grand Prairie, TX; Marietta, GA; etc.
- Full-time salary range (GEOZONE 4): $116100.00 - $215700.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
