Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field
- 3-8 years of quality-engineering experience in space, aerospace, defense, or a high-reliability industry
- hands-on experience with ISO 9001 / AS9100, MIL-STD-1916, or similar standards
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, GD-L, and configuration-management data
Desired Skills
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or equivalent QE Certifications
- Kowledge of APQP, PPQP, DFMEA, and FMEA processes
- Knowledge or experience with Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA) processes
- Hands-on experience with nonconformance process documentation systems, ie. VECAMs, Automation Framework, Manufacturing Drawings, etc.
- Experience creating or maintaining quality command media or documented procedures
- Green Belt or Lean Six Sigma (LSS) certification
- Experience conducting / supporting internal or external audits and process surveillances
- Strong analytical / problem solving mindset
- Excellent written and verbal communication (ability to produce clear reports and present findings)
- Detail-oriented, self-starter who can work both independently and within cross-functional teams
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
