This position will be a key member of the Systems Engineering, Integration and Test (SEIT) team in support of the final design, development, production, integration, test, and delivery of this critical capability focused on HW/SW Systems Integration.
In this role you will:
- Serve as an integration engineer for HW and SW
- Support the requirement decomposition and allocation process with the Requirements team
- Complete review and implementation of Fault Detection, Isolation, and Resolution (FDIR) requirements
- Lead the definition, analysis, and recommendation of Trade Study options related to the HW/SW Integration aspects
- Perform data and document reviews and provide feedback for technical and program documentation
- Support systems/hardware/software integration, test planning and execution and find opportunities for build flow and test efficiencies
- Collaborate across the industry team to drive development and issue resolution
Basic Qualifications
- Early to mid-career experience in hardware design or software development
- Systems Engineering experience in one or more Systems Integration functions including:
- Ability to read and interpret engineering documentation (such as Interface Control Documents (ICDs), electrical schematics, CAD models, and assembly level engineering drawings)
- Broad systems engineering experience (e.g. system architecture and design, systems documentation, system requirements, CONOPs, systems verification)
- Experience with test procedures, test reports, or acceptance testing
- Experience ensuring the physical and functional compatibility of hardware/software products throughout the full lifecycle of the program
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multiple teams to drive issue resolution
- Ability to obtain DoD Secret security clearance
Desired Skills
- Experience with MBSE concepts in DOORS and Cameo
- Experience with missile architecture design and development
- Experience supporting design reviews to include TIMs, SRR, PDR, CDR, QTRR, and drive closure/ resolution of complex technical issues / challenges
- Drive continuous process and design improvements by applying corrective actions and driving changes through Engineering Review and Change Control Boards.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, confident social skills, and ability to build consensus among peers while building solid relationships with team members.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced technical environment, demonstrating capability to apply critical thinking skills to solve problems and implement constructive change.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $95900.00 - $178100.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
