Lockheed Martin is looking for an emerging System Engineer to perform system level mission execution, refinement, and enhancement. This  Role will also lead SEIT program execution for the team
• Perform cross-functional coordination during critical mission support phases
• Manage team execution / and lead team proposal support for new business.  
• Technical baseline management team 
• Project manager for enhancements and new projects

 

Standard Job descirption :-

 

Performs technical planning, system integration, verification and validation, cost and risk, and supportability and effectiveness analyses for total systems. Analyses are performed at all levels of total system product to include: concept, design, fabrication, test, installation, operation, maintenance and disposal. Ensures the logical and systematic conversion of customer or product requirements into total systems solutions that acknowledge technical, schedule, and cost constraints. Performs functional analysis, timeline analysis, detail trade studies, requirements allocation and interface definition studies to translate customer requirements into hardware and software specifications. 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in supporting space system engineering   
  • Demonstrated capability to organize and coordinate across  multiple program technical disciplines  
  • Experience in project management of HW or SW  for Space systems
  • Active and current TS/SCI w/poly required. Thus US Citizenship is required

Desired Skills

  • Experience as a Cost Account Manager(CAM)
  • Change Proposal development 
  • Experience with supporting senior program/customer  leadership
  • Experience with Python scripting
  • Experience in simulation and test
  • Experience in system integration
  • Proficient in AI prompting as it applies to this position and practice​

Pay Information

Full-Time Salary Range: $118000.00 - $219100.00

Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
