THE WORK
Provide technical and programmatic leadership for the Radar design team, guiding architecture, trade‑studies, and hardware solutions.
Oversee technical analysis, ensure rigorous engineering processes, and maintain product quality across the Radar portfolio.
Drive common‑hardware strategies to reduce cost, risk, and schedule impacts.
Serve as the primary liaison to internal and external customers, resolving technical issues and supporting program planning.
Lead cross‑functional teams, fostering clear verbal and written communication throughout the product lifecycle.
Contribute to proposal development and support program execution from concept through delivery.
WHO YOU ARE
- Possess excellent communication skills
and be able to work with minimal day to day supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to comprehend and work successfully with complex systems.
- Have experience and be able to lead small groups of teams for technical execution on programs, and ability to work with program/functional management to meet objectives of entire program.
-Be an experienced hardware engineer with a proven track record leading radar or related high‑performance systems.
-Have a strong technical background in radar architecture, trade‑studies, and hardware integration
-Have the ability to navigate complex program environments, balancing technical rigor with schedule and cost constraints.

Conducts or participates in the research, design, development, and testing of COTS or custom computing hardware and/or otherelectrical components. Develops designs for the installation of components and assembliesinto chassis, racks, cabinets,workstations, customer facilities, and/or shelters. Plans, directs, reviews and coordinates preparation of project documentation to ensure customer contract and company requirements are met. Prepares specifications, evaluates vendors, and analyzes test reports.
Basic Qualifications
-Candidate must possess a BS in an engineering discipline (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical, and/or Computer Engineering).
-Detailed HW development experience.
-Ability to obtain and hold a DOD Security clearance.
Desired Skills
- Master's in Engineering
- Cross-Functional or Integrated Product team leadership experience.
- Cost Account management (CAM) experience.
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management and tracking practices.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $104900.00 - $194700.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
