THE WORK
Responsibilities include:
• Deputy Manufacturing Project Manager (MPM). This function assists the program lead MPM and provides oversight for programs under the Maritime Electronic Warfare (MEW) portfolio of programs.
• CAM; Responsible for the overall technical, cost, schedule, and quality commitments and performance for the Production Operations scope within the program.
• PMO Interface: Act as the single POC/Lead for the Operations/Manufacturing activities on the program; represent the MSPO Operations/Manufacturing functional organization; responsible for the development and integration of all Operations/Manufacturing efforts within the program.
• Proposal Lead: Serve as Operations POC during Business Capture Phase by preparing production operations cost and management proposals for new business opportunities and facilitating capital requirements during proposal activity.
• MSPO Lead for Operations: Act as lead for all manufacturing process.
• Data Share on cost and schedule.
• Problem resolution across entire MSPO Functions; Transition to production; staffing and resource; LRP Projections.

You are a communicative leader with a strong background in risk assessment and proposal development who can guide teams through complex manufacturing processes. You possess the technical acumen to manage production operations and the strategic mindset to drive program performance.
A level 3 empoloyee is mid-career and typically has 3+ years of related experience.

Desired Skills
- CAM or ability to be CAM Certified (Must receive CAM certification within 1 year)
- Operations/Manufacturing experience
- Understanding of Manufacturing Build Process
- Basic technical background for Lockheed Martin Products
- MRP and basic understanding of planning/scheduling
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $85300.00 - $158300.00

- Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and can vary from year to year and are tied to a range of performance metrics.
- For (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
